AB INITIO wine

Ab Initio is a Loire wine project involving winemaker Emmanuel Roblin as well as Fred and Claire Niger from esteemed Domaine de l’Ecu.

These wines have a wonderful energy to them, and most are aged in Amphora which softens the tannins and adds more complexity to the wines.

Bottles are limited in quantity and despite being new and relatively unknown there is strong interest from winelovers.. grab them while you can!
