Morasinsi Bianco by Morasinsi is made in the Italian south of Puglia with a blend of local Puglian grapes (Pampanuto, Bombino bianco, Moscato reale). Fermentation and ageing of this Moransini Bianco wine is 100% in concrete
Production details of Morasinsi Bianco: Morasinsi Bianco is a white blend of local Puglian grapes (Pampanuto, Bombino Bianco and Moscato Reale) made by Sveva Sernia and Peter Geier at Agricola Morasinsi in the Alta Murgia of Puglia. They follow a regenerative farming approach and work entirely by hand. The wine sees seven days of skin contact during maceration, then ferments and ages 100% in concrete.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Morasinsi Bianco by Morasinsi, but we hear it has notes of tropical fruit, citrus, fresh herbs and a lively saline edge.
