'Vin de Soif' is a fresh, juicy 2024 red wine from new producer, Kleines Gut, in Germany made from Trollinger, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir.

Production details of Vin de Soif Rouge: Vin de Soif Rouge is made by Daniel Kurrle and Frederike Schmidt at Kleines Gut, a 3-hectare estate in Uhlbach, a small valley east of Stuttgart in Württemberg. The blend uses Trollinger, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. 5 days mash fermentation in open fermenters, then aged in steel. They farm without synthetic chemistry and bottle without added sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Vin de Soif Rouge by Kleines Gut, but we hear it has notes of red cherry, raspberry, light spice and a juicy gluggable lift.
