Bacco Rosso 2023

Bacco Rosso by Valli Unite is a natural wine made in Piedmont with Dolcetto grapes.

Valli Unite cultivates 100 hectares (of which 24 are vineyards) of sustainable managed land including crops, vegetables and animals, where a cooperative of 30 families live and work together.

Production details of Bacco Rosso: Bacco Rosso comes from Valli Unite, a 30-family farming cooperative in Costa Vescovato, Piedmont, working 100 hectares of land (24 of them in vines) since 1981. The wine is 100% Dolcetto. Grapes ferment in stainless steel, and the wine ages a few months in cement before bottling with very low sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Bacco Rosso by Valli Unite, but we hear it has notes of crushed dark cherry, blackberry, plum and a hint of almond.
