San Vito 2020 by Valli Unite is a natural wine made in Piedmont with Timarosso grapes.

Production details of San Vito: San Vito is 100% Timorasso from Valli Unite in Costa Vescovato, Piedmont. The vines were planted between 2004 and 2012 on silt-clay soils at 350m altitude in the Tortona hills. Hand-harvested, the wine ferments in stainless steel and then ages in a combination of steel and oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of San Vito by Valli Unite, but we hear it has notes of peach, acacia flower, mineral edge and a hint of hydrocarbon as it ages.
