Spuh Man Tay is a natural sparkling 0% Proxy wine crafted by SCHWUNG.

This has a similar vibe to a traditional method sparkling. Of course, not quite the comparable same but gives the same vibe. We enjoyed notes of elderflower on the nose, citrus zest and herbal flowers on the palate and a creamy finish
