Cremant Zero Dosage 2020

Cremant Zero Dosage 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Achillée, in the Alsace region in France. This sparkling wine is made with 40% Riesling, alongside a mix of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Chardonnay grapes, which are grown on Gravel  soils on their  Scherwiller plot (pebbles from the dejection cone of the Villé valley, very poor/light, little clay, very reactive), as well as North-facing slopes on the Frankstein of Dambach-la-ville. 

No added sulphites. Super awesome nose, vibrancy and nuts, complex.

Achillée state that:

Visual: Deep yellow, golden hues.

Nose: Hazelnut, cinnamon, ripe peach/nectarine, citrus, apple, toasted, licorice.

Palate: Fine bubbles, peach and nectarine. Beautiful ripeness, pineapple and citrus fruit,beautiful tension that brings enormous length to the wine. Great vinosity, all the grape varieties used are present, with a predominance of Riesling. Slightly bitter finish.
