Yellow Magic Winery is a natural wine producer from the Yamagata region in Japan, using hybrid grapes like "Campbell Early" and low intenvention techniques to create pretty crazy flavours in their wines, such as found in their wine "Pump Up" which we describe as having "dark chocolate sweeties, chilli jam, petrol, blueberry, tea and the right amount of nail polish remover without being distracting" .
