Burgundy from both sides of the fence: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Francois De Nicolay reaches us in small quantities, so the three wines here are what we managed to get.
Chablis 1er Cru 'Vau de Vey' 2017 is Chardonnay. So is Les Vermots' Savigny lès Beaune 2018, a white that gave us pear, cucumber, honeysuckle and wet stone. Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru 2018 is the Pinot Noir. Bottles come and go by vintage, so check what is actually listed.
