Bonissima is built on Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, a floral, herbal grape, with hits of stone fruit alongside. Rosissima is a rosato pet nat, 65% Barbera and 35% Bonarda, and it brings raspberry, strawberry and a bit of rustic funk. The lineup moves with the vintage, so what is below is what we have.
