RAW white 2020 (500 ml) by Eschenhof Holzer is a natural wine made in Wagram, Austria with Grüner Veltliner grapes. Here this 500ml pet nat is uniquelly bottled in a beer bottle.. and this also means it is resealable!

Production details of RAW white: RAW white is Eschenhof Holzer's pet nat from Grüner Veltliner in the Wagram region of Austria. The Holzer family farms here in the fifth generation. The grapes grow on loess soil. The wine is made in the ancestral method, bottled before fermentation completes for natural sparkle in bottle. Uniquely packaged in a resealable 500ml beer bottle.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of RAW white by Eschenhof Holzer, but we hear it has notes of green apple, lemon, light spice and a sparkling refreshing finish.
