Negre 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Azimut, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This 12% medium bodied red wine is made with a rich Catalan blend of Tempranillo knowen as Ull De Llebre,as well as Monastrell, Grenache and Caraignan grapes.

Expect pops of blackberry, red cherry, and dark forest fruit. Nice acidity, a rustic touch and savoury, Spanish finish that makes it suitable for grilled meats and hearty stews.

Aged in concrete tanks and with a little SO2 addition at bottling

Azimut

Azimut works with familiar Catalan grapes including Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Garnatxa and Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), alongside lesser-known varieties such as Sumoll Blanc and Malvasia de Sitges. The collection includes white, skin-contact and red wines, as well as traditional-method Cava. Their Brisat is particular good value!
