Elisir 2022

Elisir 2022  is a natural wine crafted by Calabretta , in the Sicily region in Italy. This red wine from Mount Etna is made with Nerello Mascalese and a small amount of Nerello Cappuccio grapes.

We have not tried this vintage yet but hear it has notes of red cherry, raspberry, minerals, concentrated fruit, smoke and some tart red fruit. 

Expect a more classic touch to this 14% wine, in addition to a bold structure and tannic weight. It is very hard to find low intervention Etna wines at this lower pricepoint, so we are excited to try it soon!
