All The Love Of The Universe 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Christian Tschida, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This special and rare white wine is made with 100% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) grapes. Honestly… this wine wowed the whole team and is worth every penny. Truly exceptional!
We found notes of Chamomile, lemon curd, tarragon, pineapple, aged Parmegiano rind, wet stone and vanilla essence. There is a HUGE finish that really delivers that typical mineralic edge often found in Christian Tschida’s whites, along with that signiature herbal twist.

The expression of a small Pinot-Blanc vineyard on porous calcaire.
A single plot, high up the hill, underneath the forest, with sky rocketing activity of chalk in the upper part - the soil almost white, like freshly whitewashed.
These vines demand our full attention, care and affection: what they receive is the whole love of the universe.
The result: grape juice from the saline side of life, matured in barrel, delicate and
exquisite.
Vineyard: Single vineyard up on a slope below the forest, porous limestone with
loads of chalk
Making of: The grapes are hand-picked, fermented and aged in barrel. Bottled
unfined and unfiltered, without added sulfur.
