Sar Do Né

Sar-Do-Né or SAR DO NÉ is a natural wine crafted by Santa Colomba, in the Veneto region in Italy. This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes, hence the play on the word in the name in a Venetian accent and sardines hehe. Aged in stainless steel tanks, expect freshness and light mineralic flickers here, very different to a more rounded, barrel aged Chardonnay and quite light in alcohol too.
