Blaufränkisch 2021

Blaufränkisch 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Weninger, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This red wine is made with Blaufränkisch grapes, which are harvested from around 20 plots, whose vines are between 5 and 35 years old, so quite mixed.

Franz Weninger says this Blaufränkish gives off notes of sour cherries, black olives and lots of dark berries. Very fresh on the palate and encouraging to drink. Lots of fruit, racy acidity, very cool mouth full of spicy tannins.
