From Alsace, Du Vin Aux Liens, with one wine on the shelf: l'Heure Doree 2019, an orange blending Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris and Riesling.
The acidity is the interesting part. It is not high, yet the wine still comes across lively and fresh. The flavour had us thinking of fizzy kids sweets, with peach and thyme behind it.
