Eric Pfifferling produces natural wine in Tavel under the name L'Anglore, and these wines are very highly sought after! Whilst usually extremely light, these wines are strongly encouraged for aging rather than drinking straightaway to get more complexity and depth out of them.
Located in the Southern Rhone village of Tavel, which is the best terroir for Rosè in France and the only AOC designated for Rosè, Eric Pfifferling has an army of loyal followers and demand for L'anglore wines is massive. His wines mostly consist of Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault, and all made with no additions of sulphur whatsoever.
