Minimum Wines are in Victoria, Australia. Two reds from them, and neither is easy to come by in Europe.
UNPO Soft Soft Big Big is the Cabernet Sauvignon, and only 396 bottles were made. The producer has it on cherries, spice and currants, fruit forward and warming, with moderate tannin and body. San Selvaggio is the Sangiovese: light, bright and chillable, a full basket of cherries, textured with a touch of spice and a little broody under all the juicy mixed berry fruit.
