Dynamite

Dynamite by Peira Levada is a natural wine made in Languedoc with Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan grapes.

Production details of Dynamite: Dynamite is made by Alexandre Durand at Pèira Levada, a 4.5-hectare project in the hot dry Languedoc, with vines on schist, marble and limestone. The blend is mostly Cinsault with Carignan and Grenache from 50 to 60 year-old vines planted on marble in Faugères. The grapes ferment whole-cluster for around 10 days. Certified organic by Veritas.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Dynamite by Pèira Levada, but we hear it has notes of red plum, dried garrigue herbs, light pepper and an intense robust spicy lift.
