Victoria is a well established wine region located in the southeastern part of Australia and there are a good amount of Natural Wine producers to explore here too including Timo Mayer, Minimum Wines and Poppelvej.

The main grape varietals grown in Victoria are Shiraz (Syrah), Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, and there are notable sub-regions such as the Yarra Valley and Gippsland.
