Graf Morillon 2022

Graf Morillon 2022 by Sepp & Maria Muster is a natural wine made in Styria with Chardonnay grapes, known locally as Morillon. Expect minerality shining through and soft stone fruits and citrus elements. 

Morillon Graf is sourced from the estate’s oldest plantings, rooted in the most austere parcels surrounding the winery. These vineyards sit slightly lower than the cool Sgaminegg site. The grapes undergo a brief period of skin contact before fermentation takes place in neutral oak barrels. The wine then remains on its lees until it is bottled, building texture and depth along the way.
