Tsolikouri No Skin 2023

Tsolikouri No Skin 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Vino Martville, in the Western Samegrelo region in Georgia. This 12.5% white wine is made with Tsolikouri grapes, without skin contact as the name suggests.

Aromatic and fresh, with notes of forest berries, cherry, herbs and delicate floral hints, alongside a touch of almond. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity and a soft, smooth texture, leading to a long and balanced finish.

This wine ferments in qvevri with wild yeasts, It then matures six months in qvevri followed by six months in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with low sulfites, preserving its natural character.
