Viaria

Viaria is a natural wine crafted by Il Mortellito, in the south eastern corner of Sicily, in Italy. This white wine is made with Moscato di Noto grapes, which is a native Sicilian varietal of Muscat (there are many different ones!). 

Here there is just a short maceration on the skins, so expect this wine to be more white than orange, as the grape is often made like. Aged in stainless steel tanks for freshness, expect ripe stone fruit, lemon rind and salty aspects too with a mild floral touch.
