Brut Nature

Rémi Leroy's vineyards are ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir. The parcels are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering.

As Remi states himself... this is more than Champagne, this is Champagne wine.

How is Remi Leroy "Brut Nature" Champagne made?

The Remi Leroy "Brut Nature" Champagne is made up of 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Being Brut Nature, this wine has zero dosage.

Serving tip. Open and pour (in standard wine glasses, rather than flutes) and then wait 10 minutes before drinking, for the best expression.
