Sous Le Végétal wine | Bouju & Ligas

Sous Le Vegetal WAS a natural wine project by wine superstars Patrick Bouju & Jason Ligas, as well as Greek producer Alexiou Vassilis.  Jason Ligas was not involved after the first vintage (which was offered here on our shop). The aim was to highlight rare grape varietals & different expressions of the grape 'Muscat Blanc á Petits Grains' amongst others, with different slopes and terroir on the Greek island of Samos, located close to Turkey. The 2018 wines include Octave, Palli & Genesià, Hupnos, Auguste & Livia. Whilst the project, which was funded and organised by Culinaries in France is now over, the wines are available with those who have the final vintages but the project now lives on under a different entity and different labels and names, called Philia Winery, run by Alexiou Vassilis
