Logos 2020

Logos is a natural wine showcasing Chardonnay from AB Initio which is grown on Slate / schist and Granit, before being aged in Amphora for 18 months.

It tastes very direct, very precise. Knows exactly what it wants to be and ROCKS ITS! Fresh and rounded balance is awesome. Expect a really cool reduction which does not smell too common. Also has touches of smoke, gravel. The schist / slate and granit soil really boosts this wine!

Ab Initio is a Loire wine project involving winemaker Emmanuel Roblin as well as Fred and Claire Niger from esteemed Domaine de l’Ecu.

Bottles are limited in quantity and despite being new and relatively unknown there is strong interest from winelovers.
