Riesling Schieferblume 2022

Riesling Schieferblume is the entry level Natural Wine by Rudolf & Rita Trossen, who are based in the Mosel with a strong focus on Riesling, as it common in the region. This crisp white Riesling has good minerality, honey and floral touches, and is still young being a 2022 vintage. Feels like very tiny touch of Residual Sugar whilst still being dry, which lifts the character a bit. Great value!
