This is the Arensbak Red, a still red wine alternative, which really impressed us all! It tastes similar to a Loire red, juicy and light! Vibrant and fruity!
From the supplier: ARENSBAK Red combines the powerful aromas of fermented Yunnan tea with fruity notes of currants and red wild berries, earthy tones and oak. A delightfully dry, flavor-dense alternative to wind down the day, and an equally great food companion - for example, with a creamy polenta with mushrooms, miso eggplant or hearty grilled meats.
Ingredients: Tea (water, cane sugar, Puerh tea, oak wood chips, calendula flower leaves), fruit juice from concentrate (sour cherry, blackcurrant), grape skin extract, aronia juice concentrate, juniper, cremini mushroom, acidulant (tartaric acid), oak wood extract, liquorice root extract, acidulant (lactic acid), black pepper, kombucha cultures.
