Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques wine

Natural wine producers Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques were born in Jura, and do not produce much wine for sale to others, as they originally started make wine mostly for themselves! Sebastien works with other winemakers such as Stephane Tissot and sometimes Overnoy-Houillon, whilst Amelie is employed at a local library. However, whilst they do not rely on their own wines to make a full time living, make no mistake their wines have a fantastic drinkability and are highly sought-after.

The two are incredibly connected to nature, working the soil by horse and with vineyards teaming with life and vegetation. They live close to their vines, actually just up the road from Domaine de Saint Pierre. Their house features a tiny winery with a basket press, overlooking a field where happy cows and goats grave.
