Super Ravi' Saperavi 2022

Lapati Wines 'Super Ravi' Saperavi 2022 The grapes were destemmed and pressed after about one week of maceration, resulting in a lighter and more fruit-driven interpretation of the variety, with softer tannins than typically found in Saperavi.

Deep ruby with purple reflections in the glass. The nose shows intense aromas of ripe raspberry, rowan berry and tart plum. On the palate the wine reveals a balanced structure with fine tannins and well-integrated acidity, giving freshness and clarity. The finish is long and clean, leaving impressions of caramelized red fruits.
