Non Tradition 4J 2016 (VERY RARE!)

Non Tradition 4J 2016 (VERY RARE!) is a natural wine crafted by Christian Tschida, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This white wine is made with Grüner Veltliner grapes, and is aged 4 years in the barrel after harvest, and then for a further 5 before release

We suggest to give this special, aged wine a 45-60 minute carafe to express itself fully. We adored the herbacious notes amongst flavours of poached pears, nettle, nuts, apples, caramel and mineralic bursts.
