E´ Rosato (1 Liter) by Poderi Cellario is a natural wine made in Piedmont with Nebbiolo and Dolcetto grapes.

Poderi Cellario state this is a Rosé wine produced from the bloodletting of two important vineyards. It remains on the skins for about a day, allowing it to ferment with its own yeasts. This wine is aged in cement vats; it is unclarified and unfiltered.
On the nose, it releases red fruits and spices; the palate is fresh with a lovely tannin finish.
