AEON Red 2021 (RARE, one per order)

AEON Red 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Koppitsch, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This special red wine is made with Blaufränkisch, St Laurent Neuberg, Syrah and Zweigelt grapes. We think this is one of the best wines of the new releases this year in 2025!

 Expect some integrate Volatile notes which lift the wine to a new dimension alongside spicy touches from the St Laurent and Syrah that work great with the bramble fruit elements. Delicious!

Alex and Maris Koppitsch state this AEON Rot has whole bunch fermentation of each grape variety separately in open top vats. stamped by feet after 6 days, kept on skins for another 4 days, each variety matured separately in barriques, blended together 1 day before bottling. Bottled before the full moon arose. It was released in SPRING 2025
