Charles Dufour Champagne

Charles Dufour is a natural wine producer farming 6 hectares of grapes to make low intervention Champagne in Aube, in the Côte des Bar. After taking over his family’s vineyard he is farming grapes sustainably (towards sustainably) and produces mainly sparkling wines of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc.

Dedicated to not using Sulphur and keeping things simple, one of the interesting things about Charles Dufour Champagnes is how every vintage gets a new title in his Bulles de Comptoir range, and a new label too such as 'Terrine Et Jardin' and 'Stellleben'
