Domaine Mada is run by Tunisian-born Edouard Adam, a young natural wine producer based in Languedoc in France, utilising varietals like Cinsault, Grenache, Clairette Blanche, Carignan and Syrah. The name Domaine Mada is a play on his last name, Adam! We think he has cool labels too!
