I Carpini are based in Piedmont, in the north of Italy, and most of what we stock from them is white, made with Timorasso.
Rugiada 2023 is the fullest of those, rounded and 14%. Collo Tortonesi is simpler and very clean, mineral with mild florals and a hint of vanilla, and there is some mild sulphur use, though at this price we have no complaints. Bianco Base is a third Timorasso white. The one red is the Colli Toronese Barbera 2022, made in a very soft way with hardly any tannins, and it is good chilled alongside pizza.
