Auxerrois 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Enderle & Moll , in the Baden region in Germany. This white wine is made with Auxerrois  grapes, which has a long history in Europe, but kindof fell out of fashion so not so common to find in Germany, more seen in Alsace. 

We have not tried this wine but hear from the importer it is "A wine with gentle whiplash on the palate, tension and freshness, quiet fruit, lots of structure. A stimulating wine for cheese dishes or as a counter-drink to wake you up."
