Aldo Viola Wine

Aldo Viola is a natural wine producer based in the Alcamo region of Sicily, near Palermo. His vineyards are full of yellow flowers and healthy cover crops inbetweem vines.

Aldo is the brother to Alessandro Viola, and their styles are quite different which is not just from their winemaking styles but also their locations on different sides of the town Alcamo, and the different soil types each operate in.

Aldo Viola's wines are generally structured and serious, classic yet raw. We love his Plus Syrah with a steak and his easy going Brutto Pet Nat
