Arensbak - Sparkling Rose (non alcoholic)

This is the Arensbak Rose, a wonderful sparkling wine alternative, which really did remind us of a yummy Rosé pet-nat.

It's an aromatic blend of elderberry, raspberry, green tea and pink peppercorns which makes for a tart and juicy flavor. And whilst the bubbles will of course go down after a while, we tried this after being open for 10 days and it was still just as delicious as when it was first open and full of bubbles.

Perfect for pairing with all your favorite aperitivo dishes, as well as heartier grilled dishes, or simply to be drank by itself in the park or on the balcony.

Ingredients: Tea (Water, Cane Sugar, Green Tea, Oak Wood Chips), Fruit Juice from Concentrate (Raspberry, Elderberry), Oak Wood Extract, Acidifiers (Tartaric Acid, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid), Pink Peppercorn, Kombucha Cultures

Gnista - Red (No Wine) French Style

Whilst of course no proxy wine will ever taste fully like an alcoholic wine, the Gnista Reds really are a great substitute for red wines when you want to enjoy a nice drink with a delicious meal.

Some Habanero chili extracts were used and that little spice really benefits this lovely drink, giving it a slight feeling of Tannin.

We also got notes of juicy sour cherries & red berries and lovely floral notes and lavender.

Like the name promises, it gives you French countryside vibes in a glass.

Ingredients: Grape juice, sour cherry juice, cranberry juice, water, dried spices & fruit (oak, raisins, pepper), beet syrup, extracts made from vodka (lavender, habanero), sea salt, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate)

Arensbak - White (non alcoholic)

This is the Arensbak White, a wonderful still white wine alternative.

The floral taste derives from the use of oolong tea. It has a fruity aroma with notes of melon, quince, lemon, thyme, and a hint of vanilla.
