Arensbak | Alcohol-Free Alternatives

Arensbak is a Proxy-Wine, alcohol free producer from Copenhagen in Denmark. The trio behind the project come from Michelin starred restaurants, including NOMA, and wanted to create an alcohol-free drink that would work well in the finer end of gastronomy, having not been satisfied with the options they tried before, which were all too sweet or not tasting right. As the team also know their Gastrophysics and microbiology having done many Research & Development food/drink restaurant projects, this gives them an edge in making their concoctions which take around 2 years for the idea to come to fruition, and around 6 weeks for the product to come to the market

Arensbak drinks not only feature pretty much no alcohol (0.4% is the same as a ripe banana...) but have 1/3 the calories of wine too
