Jean-Pierre Robinot is a legend in the natural wine world, hailing from the Loire Valley in France. Under the domain name LES VIGNES DE L'ANGEVIN, Robinot makes exceptional wines like Bistrologie, Le Regard, L'iris, Lumière de Silex, L'As des Années Folles, Charme, and more.
His journey into the world of natural wine started long before he made his own wine. He played a major role in the Paris wine scene, opening one of the first natural wine bars and even publishing a wine journal.
What sets Jean-Pierre apart, besides his amazing expressions of Pineau D’Aunis and Chenin Blanc, is his commitment to traditional methods—aging his wines in his limestone cellar and never using any sulphur.
