Al Di La Del Fiume is a chemical-free & holistic natural wine producer based in Emilia-Romagna. Although only 3 hectares are vineyards, the entire farm is actually 27 hectares and they also grow vegetables, fruit, wheat, and medicinal herbs!
Farming Barbera, Albana, Pignoletto, Montuni and Alionza grapes the team of Al Di La Del Fiume tend to age most of their wines in Amphora. Popular wines include Fricando and Zirudèla.
