Bidule Pet Nat is a natural wine crafted by Bidule, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This excellent sparkling wine is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Welschriesling and Pinot Noir grapes (pressed directly, so this is a white sparkling wine).

We LOVE this Czech smasher, which has some smokey touches, mineralic hints and a profile of yuzu lemons and honeymelon. Very cool, interesting and refreshing!
