Milan Nestarec is one of the most in-demand natural wine producers in the Czech Republic.
Based very close to the Austrian border, Milans wine can vary from very experimental to pretty crazy, yet his new Litre bottle range focuses on more easy drinking, table style bottles.
Some of his wines are known to feature well integrated Volatile Acidity, but every year is different with Milan, as he likes to change things up a lot. For example, he used to love making Orange wines, but that is less the case now.
