Madam Pinot Extra Brut is a natural wine crafted by Marada, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This EXCEPTIONAL sparkling white wine is made with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay grapes.

It spends 24 months on lees before disgorgement, and is elegant, complex and well structured, with uplifting acidity and aromas of browned butter, smoke, hay with a stunning palate boasting soft apple, lemon pith, cooked peach, brioche and nuts. Creamy mousse and a long finish. Truly a gem! Do not miss this!!
