Pet Nat Purellus Schieferstern 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Rudolf Trossen, in the Mosel region in Germany.

 This sparkling Pet Nat wine is made with 100% Riesling grapes, and whilst we have not yet tried it, we hear it's "got a premium, refined mouthfeel alongside fine aromas of yellow apple and peach. The wine bubbles down the throat very lively and delights you with beautiful fruit aromas. Delicate bitter notes round off the picture pleasantly. "
