Sylvére Trichard und Mathilde Sothier of SÉLÉNÉ are based in Blace, which is not in a Beaujolais Cru appellation, besides being classed as a 'Beaujolais Village'. It's at the south of the Beaujolais area, close to Brouilly.

 These wines are vibrant and light, with distinct fruit and sometimes tasty vegetal touches. We have not yet tried this wine but hear good things with it featuring notes of cranberry, cherry compote and unripe banana.

NATURAL WINE FROM BEAUJOLAIS

Located in southwest France, Beaujolais is known for its focus on one grape variety—Gamay—making up 98% of the region's vineyards. The other 2% is mostly Chardonnay.
