Modri Pinot is a natural wine crafted by Vino Gross, in the Štajerska region in Slovenia. This red wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes, known localled as Modri Pinot.

The vines, up to 35 years old, are planted on limestone marl at 400 meters above sea level and on terraces with gradients of up to 60%. Spontaneous mash fermentation, while 20% undergoes carbonic acid fermentation, which provides an extra dose of freshness and vibrancy. Bottled with a small dose of 10 mg/l of sulphur.
