Les Vins Pirouettes is a natural wine collective, based in the Alsace region in France. The wine 'Ultra Violet' is made using grapes of Riesling, Pinot Gris & Auxerrois.

Ultra Violet has an electric mouthfeel, with vibrant acidity and an unusual, delicious flavour profile. We suggest to drink in one swift sitting, as the mouthfeel starts to evolve after a while (not mouse, just different palette texture) so best to drink in one hour.
